Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service but we have not yet initiated the work, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment. Partially Delivered Services: If a service has been partially delivered, a proportional refund may be offered, based on the extent of work completed. Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided, you must contact us within 14 days of completion. We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include corrections or partial refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services The following services are non-refundable:
Completed services that have been delivered and accepted by the client. Subscription-based services where the billing cycle has already commenced. Custom software, tools, or solutions that have been designed, developed, and delivered based on your specifications.

3. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing an order will be eligible for a full refund if work has not commenced. After 48 hours, a cancellation may be subject to a fee depending on the stage of work.
Subscriptions: For recurring services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the cycle.
