  • Long Term Engagement with committed work volume for a minimum duration of 1 year or on Fixed Price or Time & Material mode for a predefined Scope and Outcome.
  • Monthly support hour packages of various hours depending on the Consumption. The measurement is against hours Consumed. As needed packages for additional hours can be availed
  • TDS execution model will be as below:

  • Study of the ticket patterns on Timelines, Functionality, Severity etc.
  • Profile the pattern and Define the support requirements.
  • Recommend a support model keeping in view the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
